Setting the Scene
Pavilion Road was laid out in the 18th century, largely consisting of stables and coach houses for the grand houses of the Hans Town estate. This building was constructed in 1900-1929, its elegant, larger symmetrical facade typical of the era, while also referencing the Georgian architectural styles that make up much of the local vernacular.
The street forms part of the Cadogan Estate, which has been owned by the Cadogan family for over three centuries. Following a consultation with the local community in 2015, the Estate pledged to create a destination for artisan and independent traders on Pavilion Road. There are wonderful boutiques and places to dine here, with seating that spills outside to create a charming, continental feel.
The Grand Tour
Little Grosvenor Court is a handsome stock-brick building with white-framed sash windows and a red-tiled roof. Entry is to immaculate communal areas, where stairs provide access to the 1st floor, where this apartment lies.
The main living space has distinguished panelling and walls painted in the soft hue of Slaked Lime by Farrow and Ball . There is an elegant marble fire surround on one side, and a large window draws in plenty of light. Cream coloured carpets and cream radiators have been added throughout.
Next door is the kitchen, a bright space with mink-coloured cabinetry and smart quartz counters. Appliances include an oven, fridge/freezer and induction hob. Storage has also been well accounted for.

Out and About
Little Grosvenor House is excellently placed for the boutiques of the King’s Road and Sloane Square. Greenery is abundant locally, in grand garden squares like Eaton Square, Cadogan Place Park, Cadogan Square and Chester Square, and in three of the city’s Royal Parks: Hyde Park, Green Park and St James Park.
Pavilion Road itself is home to artisan food shops, cafés, restaurants, and boutiques, with the likes of Granger & Co. Chelsea, Ottolenghi Chelsea, The Sea, The Sea, and Three Darlings, plus independent traders (butcher, baker, cheesemonger, greengrocer). The museums of South Kensington - including the V&A - are within easy reach, as are the wonderful private art galleries that dot this part of the city.
Transport links are excellent: Knightsbridge, Sloane Square and Hyde Park stations are all within approximately 10 minutes’ walk of the apartment. From Knightsbridge station, Piccadilly line services provide direct access to Heathrow Airport. For Gatwick connections, Victoria station is also easily reached.
