Purpose

The Sales Team Coordinator helps our sales team to sell remarkable homes by carrying out key administrative duties. As a first point of contact for all incoming enquiries and assisting with listing updates, the Sales Team Coordinator ensures we can deliver world-class service to our clients through a responsive, warm and informative approach.

Responsibilities

The coordinator's core responsibilities are:
  • Answering the phone and handling viewing enquiries
  • Listing status changes to the website and portals
  • Creating and sending mailers
  • Supporting all aspects of administration and marketing

Essential Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Adaptable and able to re-prioritise often
  • Strong communication (in person, on the phone and written)
  • An interest in architecture and design

Team

The Sales Coordinator reports to the Client Operations Manager and sits within the Client Services Team. As it is a cross-functional role, it also works closely with the Sales Team.
