As a first point of contact for all incoming for all incoming appraisal enquiries, the Appraisals Coordinator helps ensure the process for clients requesting an appraisal runs smoothly by responding to clients efficiently and effectively, handling all leads with care.
Key to the role is ensuring we can deliver world-class service to our clients by capturing interest and converting it into appraisal appointments as efficiently as possible and carrying out key administrative duties this is about viewings.

Appraisals Coordinator

As a Software Developer at The Modern House, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing development of our website and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to build new features, optimize existing ones, and ensure our digital platforms are robust and scalable. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment where your contributions directly impact the business and our users.

 Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to develop new features and improve existing functionalities across our web and mobile platforms.

 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

 Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of our digital platforms. Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.

 Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the user experience and system performance.

 Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and facilitate future development.

 Strong experience with relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js). Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

 Ability to approach complex problems with creativity and logical thinking. You should be comfortable handling challenges and finding innovative solutions.

 A keen eye for detail, ensuring that every piece of code is optimized for performance and maintainability.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to work closely with others to achieve common goals.
